1. What is a refund?
A refund is when the credit card owner asks for a
refund. Some common reasons we issue refunds are fraud,
inability to use the site, etc.
2. What is a chargeback?
A chargeback is when the credit card owner, instructs
the bank to refuse payment on the charge.
3. What is a revoke?
A revoke is equivalent to a bounced check. When a
customer purchases a membership with an online check,
there is not always enough funds in their account to
cover the charge. When the customers bank notifies our
billing company, they issue a revoke.
